I, Elinor Hancock, of Franklin County, widow of Col. T. G. Hancock, being advance in age but sound in mind, make this my last will and testament, hereby revolking all former
at my wills.  At my death, I desire that speedy payment of all my debts.  I devise to my son Graves Hancock, the sum of six hundred dollars which is to be paid to him at my
death.

I give to my son Joseph Hancock, the remainder of my estate real and personal to him and his heirs forever.  I appoint Philip Swigert my executor.  In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of August 1853.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Eleanor Hancock, decd., was this day produced in Court and was proven by the oaths of A. H. Rennick and W. Franklin
