465 Franklin County, Ky, April 23rd. 1897 I. Daniel Sullivan do hereby make this my last will and testament. The property upon which I live and which I own consisting of about five (5) acres with house, stable and etc. on East Main Street in the City of Frankfort, Ky., I give to my two daughters namely Mary Sullivan and Hannah Murphy of Louisville to be equally divided between them. There is one mortgage upon the property amounting to ($150.00) one hundred and fifty dollars held by Frank Huff, which mortgage with any other small debts must be paid by my aforesaid daughters each paying their one half of each debt. They will also pay in same purporation my funeral expenses. I desire Mr. William Dehoney to have charge of my funeral. I desire that fifteen dollars be given to my daughter-in-law, Mary Sullivan for the purpose of decorating the grave of my grandchild, Maggie Sullivan. I desire four (4) High Masses be sung in the Church of the Good Shepherd at Frankfort, Ky as follows __ for the ___ of my soul, one for my wife Mary, one for Ellen Sullivan and one for William Sullivan, my children. I appoint the Rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd at Frankfort as my Executor without bond. Daniel Sullivan
