I, Daniel H. Dickinson, of the town of Frankfort and state of Kentucky do make and ordain this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all and legatees or any and every will by me

herefore made.
1.  I devise and direct all my just debts to be paid.
2.  After the payment of my debts, I devise to my beloved wife, Margaret E. Dickinson two thirds of all my estate of every description, both personal and mixed.
3.  Out of the remaining third of my estate I require, provided it will produce, as much that $2000 dollars be paid to Ambrose W. Dudley, interest for the use to benefit of my niece, Frances
Augusta Dickinson Center to be invested or applied by said trustee in such mode or manner as he may deem most advantageous to my said niece.
4.  After the payment of said #2000, if their is enough remaining out of the said third of my estate, I devise $500 to be paid to Ambrose W. Dudley interest for the sole use and benefit of my
nephew, Thomas M. Center, to be invested or applied by said trustee in such mode or manner he may deem most advantageous to my said nephew and if anything there  remaining of said
third, it is to go to my said niece, Frances Augusta Dickinson Center in the same manner and to be held and applied by said trustee in the same manner with the aforesaid of $2000.
I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Ambrose W. Dudley sole executor of this my last will and testament and vest him with full power to sell and displace of and convey any part of my
estate whether real, personal or mixed and request that no security be required of him by the County Court upon his qualifying as my executor, August 24, 1844.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament, Daniel H. Dickinson, decd. was produced in Court and was proven by the oath of Mason Brown a subscribing witness thereto and the

said Brown further stated on oath that Lysander T. Sharp the other subscribing witness thereto subscribed his name as a witness thereto in the presence of the testator and also in his presence.
Whereupon it is ordered that the said will be recorded as the last will and testament of Daniel H. Dickinson. Whereupon the same is truly recorded in my office.
