345 June 20, 1894 - Harp, Franklin County, Ky "I,, J J Crook, of the County of Franklin State of Kentucky do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revolking any and all wills I have heretofore made. It is my wish that my property at Harp, Franklin Co., Ky., consisting of house, lot and store also goods in store and all outstanding debts to the store I give to my two sisters now living there, Mrs. Sallie P. Parry and Mrs. Martha B. DeWitt and that Madison Parry shall be the guardian or trustee to use the property aforesaid for there (sic) benefit, this property they shall have full title to so long as they may live and then to go to there (sic) children. "2and Part. After all just debts are paid at my death what is left I want divided as follows: to my brother Silas F. Crook Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and to my brother Jonathan L. Crook's heirs one dollar also to my Brother William G. Crook's heirs one dollar. After this Fiftytwo dollars has been taken from the full amount, the other divided as follows consisting of notes and money. I want it divided into two equal parts as follows, one half to be divided between my sister's Mrs. Haldee C Farmer's three boys equally alike, J D and G W and J G Farmer Respt, the other half to be divided as follows into five equal parts, to my Brother Jones H. Crook one fifth and to his son Jake Crook one fifth and to G A Sargent a son of my niece Ann Sargent one fifth and to Maude Crook the daughter of Jones H. Crook two fifths remaining. J J Crook /s/
