Will  Book 1

1795 - 1823

Pages 17 - 32 are missing from the microfilmed copy of Franklin County Will Book 1, located at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. This is old Mormon film
from the early 1960's.  The date these pages disappeared from Will Book 1 is unknown.  However, an undated, typed compilation of Franklin County Will Abstracts is available at
the Kentucky Historical Society Library and abstracts for pages 17 - 32 are included.  There is no way of knowing when the abstracts where compiled.  However, it is estimated
sometime in the mid to late 1940's.  A photo copy of this will has come into my hands today [2010]. I have no idea when or how it was obtained.
