I, Churchill Bailey of the County of Franklin State of Kentucky do make this my last will and testament after the payment of my just debts, I bequeath to Sarah P. Miller
in addition to what I have heretofore given her the sum of five hundred dollars in cash to be paid to her by any Administration the remainder of my property real and personal,
I wish equally divided between my brothers and sister, except my gold watch which I give to Sarah J. Miller.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Churchill Bailey, decd. was provided to Court and proven by the oaths of J. W. Jenkins and J. B. Russell two of the
subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is done.
