I James Biscoe of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do hereby make this my Last will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say

1st I give and bequeath (after the payment of all my just debts) to my beloved wife Polly Biscoe all my estate of every kind, whether real personal or mixed to
have and enjoy during her natural life.

2dly After the death of my said wife I wish my executors herein after named to sell at public vendue all the the property of every kind and matter including the
farm, upon such terms as they may think best and divide the proceeds thereof equally between Nancy Kendall, Sarah Ann Longer and Elizabeth Hoover after
first paying over the following Legacies that is to say to Polly Brydon Fifty dollars, to Duranda Pulliam One hundred dollars and to James Shackelford, Tho. J.
Shackelford, Biscoe Shackelford and Carter Shackelford one dollars each.

And lastly I do hereby appoint my friends John A. Hollon Benjamin Sudeth and Isaac Wingate executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all
other or former wills or testaments by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 18th day of April in the year 1848.

Franklin County Court December Term 1853
The last will & Testament of James Biscoe, decd.. Was produced in Court and was proved by the Oath of Isaac Wingate a subscribing witness thereto and it was proved
by the said Wingate that Rice Oliver R Brydon and Benjamin Head the other subscribing witnesses to said will signed their names in his presence and also in the presence
to Testator, whereupon it is ordered that said will be recorded. Which is done accordingly. Att A. H. Rennick CFCC
