Being of sound mind and feeling the uncertainty of life, I Benjamin P. Duvall of the county of Franklin and State of Kentucky revoking all former wills do make this my last will and

testament in manner and form as follows:
First  I desire that my executors herinafter named shall pay all the just debts I may owe at the time of my decease.
Second  I desire said executors to collect all the debts that may be due me at time of my deceased or that may become due thereafter.
Third  It is my desire that my estate shall be distributed as follows among my children.  My son Benjamin F. Duvall having received from me heretofore one thousand dollars over
and above what the rest of my children have received it is my desire that that amount shall be taken from his share before my estate shall be equally divided among my children.
Benjamin F. Duvall excepting the one thousand dollars before mentioned, Cornelius H. Duvall, Joseph P. Duvall, William H. Duvall, Martha J. Went and Susan M. Duvall.
Fourth  It is my desire that the farm shall not sold or disposed of until after my daughter Susan M. Duvall shall have attained the age of twenty on years.  In witness whereof I hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 23rd day of October 1866.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Benjamin B. Duvall, deceased with a codicil thereto attached was produced in Court and proved by the oaths of R. B. McKee,
W. J. Steele, Jr. and A. S.Ireland the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded which is truly done.
