In the name of God Amen I Burrell Chiles, of the town of Frankfort being of sound mind and memory do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament.  
Impremis after the payment of all my just debts I give and bequeath all my Estate real and personal to my wife Sally Chiles, to her and her heirs forever and hereby
constitute her my sold Executrix of this my last will and testament and desire that the county court of Franklin may grant her letters testamentary without giving
bond and security. In witness where of I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 29th May 1832.
