Baley of Franklin in the state of KY, who was a ____ in the company commanded
by Captain ___ of the regiment commanded by Colonel Taylor in the Virginia
Line for two years. One the roll of Kentucky at the rate of 80 dollars
per annum to commence on ther sixth day of March 1831. Certificate
of pension the fifth day of February 1833, Hon. R. M. Johnson.
For the
purpose of obtaining the benefits of the act entitled an act for the relief
of certin surviving officers and soldiers of the army of the revolution approved
on the 15th of May 1828. I, Abraham Bailey in the county of Franklin,
state of Kentucky enlisted in the Continental line of the army of the revolution
for and during the war and continued in service until its termination at
which period, I was a soldier in Captain Mosley? Company, I think I
served in so many companysI do not recall Colonel Francis Taylor was my last
Colonel and in his regiment on the Continental Line. And, I also declare
that I never received (to my recollection) certificate for the reward
of eighty dollars, to which I was entitled under the reslove of Congress
on the 15th of May 1778. I further declare, that I was not on the 15th
day of 1828 on the pension list of the United States and witness my hand
and seal this 14th day of March 1832.

Therefore, one John McKee, a justice of the peace in the County of Franklin appeared Abraham Bailey and made oath to the truth of the foregoing statement and also Joseph Taylor and William Church, known to be creditable residents of the said County of Franklin and made oath favorable that Abraham Bailey by whom the foregoing declaration.
