216 In the name of God Amen. I, Aaron B. Dooley of the County of Franklin, State of Kentucky being of feeble body, but of sound mind do make this my last will and testament and: First, I want my body decently and plainly buried. Second: I want all my just debts paid. Third, I want A. F. Dooley's wife to have my bedstead and bedding which is at their house also I have a good rifle gun there I want his oldest son, Levi to have it. Fourth, I want my brother, T. S. Dooley's three children namely, John and William and Jason when they become of age to have the amount of one hundred dollars each in money or property. Fifth, I want decent headstones put to all the graves of the family. Sixth, I want James M. Dooley to have the remainder of my entire estate and if he should die, I want his children to have the benefit of it and I appoint James M. Dooley, my executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of April eighteen hundred and seventy seven. Aaron B. Dooley
