The pictures contained in these galleries are an effort to provide photographic documentation of the history of Floyd County, Kentucky, and the portion of Eastern Kentucky that was included in the original Floyd County when it was formed in 1800.
Submission of photos to be included in these galleries will be appreciated. We are interested in pictures of individuals, family groups, places, and events. Any pictures submitted and used will have proper credit given to the submitter. The galleries will be changed periodically.
