Walter O. Freeman, 89, husband of Louise Ellison Freeman, Lexington, died July 24, 2004 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was retired from the Lexington Transit Authority. Born in Ravenna, Ky. son of Harvey and Lillie Freeman. Member of Grace Baptist Church ; he was also a Ky. Col. His life was his family, fishing and building T.V.’s and stereo’s. During WWII he server in the U.S. Army. Other surviving family include, daughter, Tena Louise Freeman, seven grandchildren five great grandchildren and three great,great grandchildren. Service 10:00 a.m. Wed., W. R. Milward Mortuary- Southland conducted by Dr. Terrance Freeman. Visitation Tues., 5 to 9 p.m. Burial Horse Creek Cemetery, N. Corbin, Ky
