At the top right of the photo is the turnoff to Lick Branch.
I believe the building at the turn is a small store that once stood there.
The barn and house are still standing.

In the center left is a lawn that goes with a now long abandoned (and very dust covered) old home
that stands just out of the picture frame to the left.

Route 474 and Smith Creek runs across the center of the photo.
