Paris J. Underwood and his Mary

Paris was the son of Wade Coy Underwood and Verda (Thompson) Underwood.
He was born Sept. 24, 1899 in Ky. and died Sept. 22, 1927

Paris married Mary Erwin on Oct. 16, 1919

Their children were:
Oral Everett Underwood, b. Sept. 3, 1920
Plummer P. Underwood, b. Feb. 26, 1923
Ballard C. Underwood, b. Feb. 14, 1926

because someone had flattened his nose with a board? But we are not sure about that.

I had previously thought she was his wife Mary Erwin, but my Aunts Wanda Maddix and Doris Tackett
tell us this is not their Aunt Mary Erwin Underwood. My cousin Vicki Pasterik has overlaid the
2nd photo I am attaching with this email of Oscar Erwin and his wife Carrie Underwood (Paris’ sister).
We think the lady in the picture with Paris is his sister Carrie Underwood Erwin."
