Kentucky GenWeb projectNellie Williams - 1921-2007 Nellie Williams, 86, of Flatwoods, Ky., loving aunt to her nieces and nephew, died Nov. 26, 2007, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. She was born April 9, 1921, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of the late Loranzo D. and Emma Keaton Williams. She was also preceded in death by brothers Clifford, Ernest C. and Harry Williams and sisters Madge and Mabel Williams. She was a retired sales clerk with the C.H. Parsons Co. and a 63-year member of First Pentecostal Church of Christ in Flatwoods. She is survived by a brother, Arthur Williams of Dayton, Ohio. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods by Pastor Bob Overton. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at the funeral home.
