Billy Wilburn
1951-2003
William F. "Billy" Wilburn, 52, of Willow Wood, Ohio, died Monday, Nov. 24, in Huntington, W.Va.
Mr. Wilburn was born April 1, 1951, in Carter County.
He was a retired millwright with Local 1031.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Wilburn.
Survivors are his mother, Ann Fannin Wilburn; one son, William Jerrell Wilburn; one daughter, Lisa M. Coburn, all of Willow Wood; three grandchildren; three brothers, James R. "Bob" Wilburn of Ashland, Clifford E. "Sonny" Wilburn of Flatwoods, and Larry L. Wilburn of Raceland; and one sister, Dottie Lou Thomas of Ashland.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods by the Rev. Jeff Davenport and the Rev. Earnest Duty. Burial will be in the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
Friends may visit from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
