PHYLLIS ANN TACKETT KISER Published: 9/1/2001 PHYLLIS ANN TACKETT KISER, 56, of Pontiac, Mich., formerly of Carter County, wife of Edwin Kiser, died Wednesday in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Pontiac. She was a homemaker. Also surviving are two sons, Rick Kiser of Howell, Mich., and Larry Kiser of Redford, Mich.; one daughter, Regina Culhane of Pontiac; three brothers, Virgil Tackett, Billy Tackett and Joe Tackett, all of Olive Hill; and four sisters, Rosalene Sturgill, Wilma Jean Leadingham, Shirley Conn and Kathy Kiser, all of Olive Hill. Funeral 1 p.m. Sunday at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home, Olive Hill; Kiser Cemetery.
