Estill Stone, 76, of South Shore, formerly of Wheelersburg, Ohio, died Sunday night at Scioto Memorial Hospital in Portsmouth, Ohio

He was a Lewis County native and a retired employee of Empire Detroit Street.

His first wife, Pearl Stamper, a native of Carter Co., Ky., died in 1959.

Surviving are his second wife, Chloe Terry Stone; two sons, Donald of Wheelersburg, and Elmer of Placentia, CA; a stepson, Paul Terry of South Shore; 
a daughter Mrs. Lorena Cole of Wheelersburg; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Loretta Fugate of Quincy, Mrs. Patty Hall of Maloneton 
and Mrs. Roberta Nickel of Chillicothe, Ohio; three brothers, Lovell Stone and Tom Stone, both of Marion, Ohio, and Jim Stone of Sarasota, Fla.; 
four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Gullett of South Shore, Mrs. Rebecca Liles and Mrs. Fern Osborne, both of Vanceburg, and Mrs. Naomi Hughes of Erlanger; 
seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Rev. Harely Johnson conducted services on March 10, 1976 at the South Shore First Church of God, 
with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens at Franklin Furnace, Ohio. Arrangements were handled by Roberson Funeral Home.
