Bea Stallard

 

LUCAS -- Bea Stallard, 64, died Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital. 

Born November 11, 1940, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Lee and Thelma Parish Porter. 

An area resident most of her life, she was retired as a bus driver for Madison Schools. Bea loved her family, cooking and attending her grandchildren's various activities, especially their sporting events. 

She enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing in the Forest Hills and Paradise Hills golf leagues. 

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ken Stallard; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Vicki Stallard of Lucas; two grandchildren, Abbey Biddle and her husband, Jake of Goose Creek, South Carolina, and Zach Stallard; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Betty and Mark Erdenberger and Jody Lewis, all of Lucas; aunt, Ruth Dewitt of Mansfield; uncle, Darrel Parish of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Eda and Emory Stallard. 

Friends may call at the Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors Thursday, March 24, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor Phil Green. Burial will follow in Franklin Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
