Charlotte Kathern Sallie Barnhill, 89, of Grayson , KY , went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 7th, 2008 in Community Hospice in Ashland , KY. 
She was born May 17th, 1918 in Greenup County , KY , a daughter of the late Richard and Cecilia Gosney Sallie. She was a homemaker and a member of the 
Cane Creek Freewill Baptist Church .  

Preceding her in death was her husband, James Wallace Barnhill in December 2007; 3 sisters, Minnie Dickens, Mable Evans and Lorraine Locke 
and 4 brothers, Mitchell, Leslie, Charlie and Dee Sallie.

Her survivors include:4 daughters: Frances (James E.) Barnhill of Grayson, Janet (Joe) Sweeney of Olive Hill, KY, Karen (Bob) Gee of Grayson 
and Connie (Tim) Blevins of Grayson: 1 brother, Ben Sallie of Grayson;  6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 9 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by the ministers Sheldon Wheeler and Ronnie Blevins.  
Burial will be the East Carter County Memory Gardens .  Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-9 and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday.
