James Edward (Ed) Prichard - 

James Edward (Ed) Prichard, 86, Grayson, died Thursday in King's Daughters' Hospital following a extended illness.     

Mr. Prichard was born Feb. 27, 1888 in Carter County, a son of the late John and Ellen Carroll Prichard. He was a retired farmer.     

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ottie Armstrong Prichard; six sons, Warrine, John, Delbert and Dartwell Prichard, all of Grayson, 
and Leonard and James Prichard, both of Ashland; four daughters, Mrs. Dollie Alexander of Grayson, Mrs. Dorothy Shear of Upper Sandusky, O., 
Mrs. Ruth Fowler of Ashland and Mrs. Mary Stapleton of Oceola, O; a brother, Lewis Prichard of Grayson; three sisters, Mrs. Addie Adkins 
and Mrs. Clarie Clark, both of Grayson, and Mrs. Virginia Cassity of Muncie, Ind.; 39 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.
