Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Mrs. Dollie Alexander - Mrs. Dollie Prichard Alexander, 74, of Grayson, died Wednesday in King's Daughters' Medical Center following a long illness. Mrs. Alexander was born Jan. 13, 1912, at Olive Hill, a daughter of the late Edward and Ottie Armstrong Prichard. Her husband, Ernest Alexander, died in 1972. Surviving are a daughter, Laura Alexander of Grayson; a son, Woody Alexander of Olive Hill; three sisters, Dorothy Shearer of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Mary Stapleton of Carey, Ohio, and Ruth Toler of Ashland; four brothers, Leonard Prichard, Gartwell Prichard and James Prichard, all of Ashland, and Delbert Prichard of Olive Hill; three grandchildren; and two great-granchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson by Ervin Staggs, minister. Burial will be in Adkins Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today. She was a great granddaughter of John and Nancy Damron Carroll.
