Frederick Howard Plummer Frederick Howard Plummer, 71 of Olive Hill, died Monday in Life Care Center in Morehead. Graveside services with full military honors will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Plummer Cemetery in Olive Hill. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill.
