Kentucky GenWeb projectLucy B. Osborne Barker 1947-2004 Lucy B. Osborne Barker, 56, of Louisa, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, in Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa. Mrs. Barker was born Aug. 11, 1947, in Blaine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Barker. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa. Burial will be in Yatesville Memorial Gardens in Louisa. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
