Alta Kramer - 1922-2006 Alta Morris Tackett Kramer, 83, of Cicero, Ill., formerly of Olive Hill, died Friday in Meadow Brook Manor in La Grange, Ill. She was born Sept. 10, 1922, in Elliott County. Her husband, Othel Tackett, preceded her in death. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday and until services Thursday at the funeral home
