Boss Emery "Hoover" Meenach Boss Emery "Hoover" Meenach, 75, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2004, at his residence. He was a native of Olive Hill, KY, a member of Sylvania Wesleyan Holiness Mission and Calvary Wesleyan Holiness Church and retired from Dupont Chemical Co., where he worked for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Lynnette Meenach and brothers, Roy and Arcus Meenach. He is survived by his wife, Rev. Bernice Walker Meenach; son, Rev. Jonathan B. Meenach of Washington, IN; daughter, Katrina Browning; sisters, Opal Toman and Beatrice Hecht; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday.
