Wilma Louise Logan

MANSFIELD -- Wilma Louise Logan, 75, formerly of James Avenue, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at Crystal Care Center. 

Wilma Louise was born in Olive Hill, Ky., August 13, 1930, to Leonard and Sarah Bocook Lawhun. 

She came to Mansfield in 1946 and was a homemaker. She was a member of Wyandotte Free Will Baptist Church. 

Wilma Louise enjoyed collecting angels and loved her granddaughter dearly. 
Wilma Louise is survived by five children, Sandra Averit, Ava McKinley, Jimmy Miller, all of Florida, Gilbert Friday of Mansfield, John Henderson of Dayton; special granddaughter, Kelly Daugherty of Lexington; many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Ardis Lawhun of Greenup, Ky.; special sister, Ruby Griswald of Mansfield; two sisters-in-law, Jalana Lawhun of Mansfield, Sereda "Tweed" Lawhun of Argalite, Ky.; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed Logan; son, Michael Thomas Henderson; and five brothers and three sisters. 

Visitation will be at Garvin Ridge Church, Olive Hill, Ky., on Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in Garvin Ridge Cemetery. 

Herlihy-Tinsman Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
