Walter Estill King (1946-2007)

Walter Estill King, 61, of Grayson, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007 in King’s Daughters Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mr. King was born April 24, 1946, to his parents, the late Fred R. and Nada Faye Hall King of Big Run.

Mr. King was a loving husband and brother. He was a member of the Lindsey Chapel Methodist Church. 
He was a former employee at A.C. Lawrence Leather of Ashland and was currently employed by Speedway of Grayson.

Mr. King was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Ruth Myrtle King and Jennifer King; and mother-in-law, Mildred Huffman.

Mr. King is survived by his wife, Berniece Huffman King of Grayson; a sister, Evelyn Newman of Olive Hill; 
three sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Jack Barker of Raceland, Jewel and Roy Littleton of Baltimore, Ohio, 
and Linda and Junior Huffman of Grayson; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Leslie and Faye King of Grahn, Fred Jr. 
and Ruthie King of Fultz and Ronnie and Debbie King of Grayson; his father-in-law, Clarence Huffman of Grayson; 
a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Bonalou and Tom Fite of Grayson; a brother-in-law, Jeffrey Huffman of Pleasant Valley; 
and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson. Officiating will be the Rev. John Dean. 

Pallbearers will be his nephews, Jeffrey Littleton, Scott King, Jonathon Barker, Jason Huffman, Jarrod Huffman, Matthew King, Brian Fite, 
Darren Fite and Brandon Fite.

Burial will be in Huffman Family Cemetery in Iron Hill.

Visitation will be tonight, Aug. 11, 2007 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Services were conducted on Sunday, August 12, at 2 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson. Officiating was the Reverend John Dean. Pallbearers were his nephews Jeffrey Littleton, Scott King, Jonathon Barker, Jason Huffman, Jarrod Huffman, Matthew King, Brian Fite, Darren Fite and Brandon Fite. Burial followed in the Huffman Family Cemetery at Iron Hill.
