Lowell “Tommy” Kegley (1935-2007) Lowell Talmadge “Tommy” Kegley, 71, of Olive Hill, died Tuesday. He was born Dec. 29, 1935, in Upper Tygart. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
