JOHNSON, Melvin was born July 9 1896 to Joseph and Susan (Potter) Johnson  at Neon, Ky; died October 14 1967 at his home in Norwood, Ohio; 
married Nellie B. EATON; 

Two sons: Ray, Cattlesburg, Ky and William, Ashland, Ky; 3 girls: Mrs.  William Gabriel, Amelia, Ohio, Mrs. James Smith, North College Hill, Ohio; 
Mrs.  William Ellis, Jr, Amelia, Ohio. One brother, W. D. of Ashland, Ky; 5 

sisters,  Mrs. Paul Horsly, New Boston, Ky; Mrs. Harold Jewell, Portsmouth, Ohio; Mrs.  Martha Horsly, Garrison, Ky; Mrs. Georgia Jahnke, Lansing, Mich; and 
Mrs. Mary  Christie, Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Melvin spent most of his life as a contractor and  builder.
