Ashland Daily Independent Charles David Jessie Born - 1927 LEWISVILLE, IN – Charles David “Charlie” Jessie, 80, passed away on Thursday, February 8, at the Henry County Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Indiana after an extended illness. A son of the late Claude and Sadie Madden Jessie, Charlie was born in Carter County near Olive Hill, on February 3, 1927. Funeral services were held on Monday, February 12, at the Marshall and Erlewein Funeral Home, in Lewisville, Indiana. Burial followed in the Lewisville Cemetery.
