Huffman, age 91, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, formerly of Carter County, Ky., died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Mr. Huffman was born March 20, 1912, in Ironhill, Ky., a son of the late Edgar T. and Bertha Dean Huffman. He was retired from Detroit Steel and was a farmer. Preceding him in death were his wife, Edna Haney Huffman; his son, Robert W. Huffman; one brother, Ralph Huffman; and one sister, Clarice Stewart. His survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Bill "Jean Huffman" Salyers of Wheelersburg; a brother, Kenneth Huffman of Ironhill, Ky.; two sisters, Ruth Marshall of Cannonsburg, Ky., and Hazel Seig of Indiana; five grandchildren, John Allard, Vicki Jones, Doug Huffman, Karen Mayer, and Beth Huffman; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at 11 a.m. at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson. Burial will be in Huffman Cemetery. Friends may call tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home
