Lessie Ann Hay Baker, 94, Of Wayne Mich,. formerly of Hitchins, (Carter County) died January 5, 1999 at Wayne Michigan. Mrs Baker was born Dec. 6, 1904 at Blaine, a daughter of the late George Washington and Elizabeth Hay. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elijah Baker Sr., in 1975 two sons, Dewey J. Baker and Arnold Baker and a daughter Mary Elizabeth Miller. Survivors include two sons, George William Baker and Elijah Baker Jr. Three Daughters Wanda Sue White, Shirley Blevins, and Leona Ferguson, Three Sisters Maey Mandy Caudill, Evelyn Withrow, and Jewell Boggs; 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
