Mitchell V. Hall - 1939-2007

Mitchell Vaughn Hall, 67, of Grayson, Ky., passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, at his home.

He was born June 24, 1939, in Carter County, Ky., a son of the late George Sherman and Nanalee Evans Hall.

He was a foreman for Bartlett Tree Trimming Co., a former bus driver for Carter County schools and a carpenter.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary (Chris) Porter of Webbville, Ky.; his ex-wife and friend, Linda Hall of Grayson; 
his five sisters, Alene Walker of Mansfield, Ohio, Lillian (Bert) Blevins of Olive Hill, Ky., Ethel Looney of Mansfield, Laura Miller of South Shore, Ky., 
and Grace Rogers of Ashland, Ky.; three brothers, Gary (Molly) Hall of Grayson, Alva (Anna) Mullins of Ashland and Dean (Betty) Mullins of Old Town, Fla.; 
and three grandchildren, John and Eric Clevenger and Tabitha Porter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Donna Gilliam, Imogene Horton and Nadine Leadingham; 
and three brothers, Woodrow Hall, Tracy Hall and Vernice Mullins.

Funeral services for Mr. Hall will be Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. George Steele will officiate. 
He will be laid to rest in East Carter County Memory Gardens.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today, Feb. 27 at the funeral home.
