Eulane Harris 

1927-2003 

Eulane Harris, 76, of Flat Fork, Olive Hill, passed away Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, in Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. 

Mrs. Harris was born Aug. 5, 1927, in Carter County, and is a daughter of the late John Haskell and Sadie Ramey Griffey. 

She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lou "Buddy" Griffey and Charles Griffey; 
and two sisters, Shelby Jean Griffey and Beatrice Ingles. 

Eulane is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lloyd J. Harris; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Doris Harris of Winchester; 
two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Bill Tolliver of Ashland and Vivian and Kenneth Wright of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; 
five grandchildren, Stephen Harris, Amanda Prewitt, Kate, Kelly and Kendra Wright; one great-grandson, Holden Harris. 
She was part of a family of four brothers and nine sisters. Surviving are two brothers, William Griffey of Xenia, Ohio 
and Cecil "Eddie" Griffey of Grayson; and six sisters, Nina May Wilson of Dayton, Ohio, Jewell Hicks of Olive Hill, 
Louise Carter of Frostfree, Fla., Evoline Whitman of Olive Hill, Christine James of Springfield, Ohio and Donna Sue Bailey of Olive Hill. 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, at the Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, officiated by her grandson, 
Stephen M. Harris. Burial will follow in the Harris Cemetery on Flat Fork, Olive Hill. Pallbearers will be family and friends. 

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
