John B. Gollihue 
BISMARCK - John Gollihue, 78, of Bismarck passed away May 30, 2006 in Farmington. he was born February 12, 1928 in Hitchins, KY, son of the late Dennis and Gladys Robinson Gollihue. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Elmer Gollihue, and two sisters; Evadean Menefie and Mary Lucy Wagner.

He is survived by his wife; Wanda Gollihue, one son; Doug Gollihue and wife Debbie of DeSoto, one daughter; Carolyn Epperson and husband John of Desloge, three granddaughters; Ashley, Molly and Kennedy, one grandson; Will, one sister; Christine Stewart and husband JD of Webville, KY, brother-in-laws; Fred Menefie of Hitchins, KY, Clarence Fisher and wife Carlene of Iron Mt., Melvin Fisher and wife Helen, Charles Fisher and wife Gloria, Bob Fisher and wife Kim, all of Bismarck, John Fisher and wife Karen of DeSoto, sister-in-laws; Betty Henry and husband Joe of Clovis, CA and Anna Benson and husband Rob of Topock, AZ, many nieces, nephews and friends.

John was a veteran of the Korean War and a life member of the Bismarck VFW Post #6947. Visitation will be Friday evening 5 to 8 p.m. at Shipman Funeral Home with a VFW service at 7 p.m.. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning 11 a.m. at the Shipman Chapel with Jack Leathers officiating. Burial will be in the Bismarck I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
