SCOTT Carolyn Sue Scott, 59, of Columbus, passed away on Tuesday, January 20 at Grant Hospital. 

Carolyn was born in Hitchins, Kentucky, January 12, 1943, to Mary and Matt Gilbert. 

She is survived by husband of 21 years, James T. Scott; daughters, Rennee Williams Woltz of Columbus, OH., Rhonda Martin of Grove City, OH., 
Ramona Berry of Grove City, OH.; sons, Davie James of London Berry, OH., Clayton James of Olivehill, KY; sisters, Karen Anderson of Pataskala, 
Phyllis Gilbert of Olivehill, KY; brothers, Elijah Gilbert, Charlie Gilbert, Rodney Gilbert of Olivehill, KY, and Randy Gilbert of SC; 
10 grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by Matt Gilbert and brother Robert Gilbert. 
Worked at Federated Glass in Columbus and retired from State of Ohio Liquor Control. 

Loving mother who had a passion for being with family and loved ones; husband, kids and grandchildren along with other family were her whole world, 
and in turn she was their whole world. Kind and generous, beautiful inside and out, Carolyn will be in our hearts forever. 
There will be no traditional funeral but rather an informal gathering and remembrance of her life on Friday, January 23 at 11 a.m. service at 1 p.m. 
at RODMAN FUNERAL SERVICE/OHIO CREMATION & MEMORIAL SOCIETY, 5464 N High St., Columbus, Oh. Speaker will be Clayton James.
