Nancy Flannery Shatzer

MANSFIELD -- Nancy Flannery Shatzer, 63, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at Crystal Care Center after a long illness. 

She was born July 20, 1940, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, to William and Grace (Bloomfield) Flannery. Nancy was a waitress at the Mansfield Liederkranz and attended Cornerstone Church. 

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Charles and Marguerite Shatzer of Escondido, California and Terance Shatzer of San Diego, California; four grandchildren, David Shatzer and Savanna Shatzer, both of Escondido and Terance Shatzer, Jr. and Ashley Shatzer, both of San Diego; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Bill and Rosannelle Flannery and Sam Flannery, all of Olive Hill, and Steve Flannery of Mansfield; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Jewell Hall, Jolene and James DeBord and Joyce and Danny Tackett, all of Olive Hill, and Judy and Dale Porter of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Benny Flannery and a sister, Jenny Mabry. 

Funeral services, conducted by Pastor Bruce Copley, will be held Wednesday, March 3 at 1 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Friends may call at the funeral home one-hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
