Mrs. Bertha Williams born June 2, 1889 in Carter Co., Ky. Died March 31, 1972 in Warren, Ohio. 
Daughter of Levi and Martha Mowery Davis. Husband Claude died in 1961. Sons: Jack, Kenneth, and Clayton Williams. 

One daughter preceded her in death...no name listed. Burial at Williams Cemetery in Grayson, Ky.
