Vicky was born Dec. 8, 1951, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Ernest and Eloise Moore Collins. She was a housewife, a loving mother and was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Keeton of Grayson, two sons; Clyde Eugene and Shaunna Smith of Garrison and Donnie Dale Keeton of Sandy Hook, two sisters; Madeline (Wilford) Smith and Margaret (Chrissie) Smith, all of Garrison, two brothers; Curtis (Janette) Collins of Tuscan, AZ and Delbert (Carolyn) Collins of Greenup, and two grandchilren; Dalton and Olivia. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 24 at 11:00 am at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. Larry Barrell will officate. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 6:00 pm Tuesday at Sparks Funeral Home.
