1954 - 2006 

Frank Thompson “Tommy” Carter II, age 52, of Grayson, KY, passed away Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006, at Kings Daughters Medical Center after a brief illness. 

Mr. Carter was born June 11th, 1954, at Ashland, KY, a son of Gayle Carter of Grayson and the late Janice Wilburn Carter. 


He was a Farmer and was retired from Kentucky Electric Steel. 


In addition to his father, his survivors include: 

his wife: Barbara Porter Carter of Grayson 

1 son: Frank Thompson Carter III and wife Kim of Grayson 

1 daughter: Robyn Lynn Carter and fiancé Dean Mays of Grayson 

1 brother: Mike Carter of Grayson 

1 sister: Lisa Carter Burton of Grayson 

2 grandsons: Matthew Carter and Braxton Mays 


Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 25th, 2006 at 2:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home with Terry Harris, minister. 
Burial will be in the Grayson Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be held Thursday evening, August 24th, from 6:00 to 9:00pm at the funeral home.
