Kentucky GenWeb projectOBIT - Frank Carroll Dies At Access - Olive Hill - Frank Carroll, 66, Access, Ky., near Olive Hill, a retired brick worker, died at 6 a.m. today at his home, following a brief illness. He was the husband of Julie Carroll, who survives. The body was taken to the Stucky, Back and Cli8ne Funeral Home in Olive Hill. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. (Ashland Daily Independent (Ashland, KY) Feb 5, 1960, pg 2) He was the son of John and Mary Elizabeth Parsons Carroll.
