Ruby Clark 

1916-2003 

Ruby Caldwell Clark, who lived at Scope Towers in Ashland, Ky., went to be with the Lord Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at her residence. She was 87 years of age. 

Mrs. Clark was born Feb. 13, 1916, in Carter County, Ky., a daughter of the late John and Saphrona Houck Caldwell. 

She worked many years as a nurse's aide at King's Daughters Medical Center and Elmwood Village. 

Besides her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ermon "Zeke" Clark; her son, Jackie H. Clark; 
her daughter, Roberta Ann Clark; and granddaughter, Kimberly Ann Wilson. 

Mrs. Clark is survived by two sons, James Daniel Clark and his wife, Patricia, and William "Bill" Clark and his wife, Teresa, 
all of Ashland; one daughter, Joyce Ann Wilson and her husband, Bobby Dan, of Flatwoods, Ky; and one brother, Louie Caldwell of Louisa, Ky. Mrs. 
Clark was blessed with seven grandchildren, Ron Clark, Chris Clark, Jamie Clark, Brian Clark and Keith Clark, all of Ashland, Gavin Wilson of Aid, Ohio, 
and Angela Gilbert of Huntington, W.Va.; eight wonderful great-grandchildren; and special friends, George-Anna Hill, Mrs. Hearn and the neighbors 
of Scope Towers. 

A funeral service in honor of Mrs. Clark will be held Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003, at 1 p.m. at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. 
Words of comfort will be delivered by grandson, Brian Clark. Amazing Grace and In the Garden will be played during the funeral. 

Following the services, Mrs. Clark will be laid to rest beside her husband in Dixon Cemetery in Ashland. 

Visitation for family and friends is tonight, Dec. 6, 2003, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
