Kim Bowling and Mildred N. Bowling Advocate-Messenger, The (Jun/30/2005)

HARRODSBURG - Services for Kim and Mildred N. Bowling, both 75, of Adams Lane, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Wilmore Free Methodist Church by the Revs. Daryl Diddle and Dean Cook. Burial will 1 p.m. Friday in Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City, Ohio. 
They died Monday in Harrodsburg. 
They are survived by two daughters, Anna C. Vaughan of Cincinnati and Rebecca M. Stewart of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and two grandchildren. 
Kim Bowling was born Oct. 23, 1929, in Olive Hill, the son of the late John and Frances Sloan Bowling. 
He was a former owner of Resintech Corp. in Florence and Burgin and a member of Wilmore Free Methodist Church. 
He also is survived by two brothers, "Jack" Vernon Bowling of Tipp City, Ohio, and Herb Bowling of Indiana. 
Mildred Bowling was born April 8, 1930, in Olive Hill, the daughter of the late Leonard and Ruby Gladys Compton Newman. 
She was employed by Resintech Corp. in Florence and Burgin and was a member of Wilmore Free Methodist Church in Wilmore. 
She also is survived by a sister, Opal M. Ward of Russell. 
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Ransdell Funeral Chapel and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the church. 
Memorials may go to Wilmore Free Methodist Church Building Fund, 1200 N. Lexington Road, Wilmore, Ky. 40390.

Kim Bowling, 75, 255 Adams Ln., died Monday, June 27, 2005 along with his wife, Mildred Newman Bowling, in a motor vehicle accident in Harrodsburg. 
Born Oct. 23, 1929 in Olive Hill, he was the son of the late John and Frances Sloan Bowling. 
He was a former owner of Resintech Corporation in Florence and Burgin, and he was a member of the Wilmore Free Methodist Church. 
Survivors include: two daughters, Anna C. (James) Vaughan of Cincinnati, OH and Rebecca Marie Stewart of St. Petersburg, FL; two brothers, "Jack" Vernon Bowling of Tipp City, OH and Herb Bowling of Indiana, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Mark Bowling. 
The funeral will be today, Thursday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at the Wilmore Free Methodist Church with Rev. Daryl A. Diddle and Rev. Dean Cook officiating. Burial will be Friday, July 1 at 1 p.m. in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City. 
Visitation Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel and Thursday after 9 a.m. at the church.
