Kentucky GenWeb projectWayne Blevins 1936-2004 Wayne Blevins, 67 of Sandy Hook, died Friday, May 21, in Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. He was born Sept. 11, 1936, in Carter County. His wife, Lilliam Elizabeth Sura Blevins, survives. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Eldridge Funeral Home in Sandy Hook. Burial will be in the Newell Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today and before the service time at the funeral home.
