Mrs. Boggs was born Sept. 20, 1920 in Rowan County. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home in Morehead. Burial will be at Boyd Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. .
