Retired Grahn Farmer Dies; Rites Monday

Olive Hill, Ky., March 17-- Andrew Thomas Bailey, 81, Grahn, Kentucky, retired framer and pioneer Carter County residen, 
died today at St Mary's Hospital at Huntington following a short illness.

He was born in Carter County, a son of the late Andrew Jackson and Lucinda Mullins Bailey.

The body will be removed from the Leslie A. Henderson Funeral Home to the residence of a daughter, Mrs Opal Ernst, Olive Hill, at 4:30 p. m. Sunday.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a. m. Monday at the home of the daughter, with the Rev. C. C. Tanner and the Rev. Arthur Jarvis officiating. 
Burial will be at the Bailey Cemetery at Grahn.

Surviving are the widow, Sarah Sloan Bailey; four daughters, Mrs. Ernst and Mrs. Arlene Williams of Olive Hill, Mrs. Nell Justice, Portsmouth, Ohio, 
and Mrs. Mae Allison, Columbus Ohio; four sons, Gobel Bailey, Galesburg Il., Jess Bailey, Wevaco W. Va., Chris Bailey and Thomas Bailey Jr, Columbus; 
one sister, Mrs. Melissa Wilburn, Grahn, and 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
