"Mrs. Strauser Grave, Dixon Twnsp, R4W, T 32, Sec. 5, NW corner of NE 1/4.  Location from Argonia: 2 N, 1/2 W and about 100' south into a field is the single grave of a woman who died in 1880.  She had not been a resident of the area, but became ill and died while traveling so was buried there.

Some of her family did become residents of the Argonia community"
