The following is taken from Cemeteries in Sumner County, Kansas by Harvey and Ruth Swan (1983).
"Lutheran Cemetery, Creek Twnsp, R4W, T31, Sec 17, in NE corner of NW 80. Location from Conway Springs: 2 S, 7 3/4 W.
This is a small cemetery. It was established in the late 1880's. The East half was given by an Achelpohl family the west half was given by a Bringer family."
